The EMERGE LNK Mural Project has created a vibrant University Place neighborhood that people want to visit, live in, and care for. The project has mobilized our community to articulate dreams, express frustrations, and most importantly, consider strategies for change. By inspiring the exploration and appreciation for street art, EMERGE LNK has promoted small businesses by making the streets more walkable and drawing positive attention to the neighborhood. Through this project, we have enriched the vibrant and diverse neighborhoods we call home.
